This blue Sorcerer with a glowing Palantír is made out of a Mystic Battle Wizard out of the Warhammer Age of Sigmar Set Collegiate Arcane.
The Palantír is made out of Epoxy Glue and the tip of the staff is a small bit acryl cut into form. Both are illuminated by tiny SMD LEDs. The battery is as usual in the base.
